 'We contacted Appointments Personnel as we were looking for a Communications Support Administrator, at the time we had spoken with other agencies but their applicants did not have the necessary skills that we required.  We spoke with Hayley from Appointments Personnel who took down all of the details of the position we were recruiting for in order for her to submit CV's that she felt were suitable for our role. She sent us two excellent CV's of which we quickly tried to arrange interviews, in fact we saw the applicant the very next day.  The first candidate we saw from Appointments was excellent; she had the skills, ability and the personality to match our team, a great candidate.  We decided that we didn't need to see the second person Appointments found us as we knew the first was an exact match. She started with us three days later and is still here, the turnaround for them to find us a candidate was less than a week.  Appointments understood our requirements well and found the ideal candidate without me having to do several interviews. I would recommend their services to anyone needing to use a recruitment agency as they saved me a lot of time by finding the ideal candidate immediately.
