Temporary Recruitment Consultant.

Salary up to £20,000K p.a. plus commission

You will be contacting clients, establishing their needs and developing business relationships. Managing a pool of temporary candidates, consistently filling and serving clients requirements to Appointments Personnel's standards. You will be required to exploit all business opportunities where possible ensuring profitability of your desk.

These needs are addressed through a combination of in-house & residential courses.  All Appointments Personnel employees are educated through the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) Certificate in Recruitment Practice.

Appointments Personnel actively encourages communication by all staff towards the development of company goals and target. Our consultants are expected to work as part of a team to foster and share ideas. Furthermore we operate an open door policy to management for honest and frequent two way communication.

We recognise and reward our staff through individual and team incentive programs. Together with good salaries we offer a very attractive commission structure.Hours are full time Monday to Friday from 8.30am-5.30pm.
